Red, Yellow and Orange of Paris Autumn
For all the plethora of apps you might have on your smartphone, the month of October demands that you have the Eurostar app installed and readily clickable as Eurostar will be launching their onboard masterclasses to mark their 25th anniversary. There will be four masterclasses running over the duration of October and each class will only be available to the first 25 passengers that sign up via the Eurostar app.
Indeed, your passage to Parisian paradise can now begin the moment you depart London for the French capital, as the masterclasses cover local gastronomic delights, the beverages that complement it and the understated Parisian street art trail that awaits you.
The need for all of the above became increasingly apparent after a survey of UK holidaymakers revealed that more than half of them consider a destination’s local cuisine as a key factor towards a blissful international break abroad. Consequently, Eurostar have devised the following programme of masterclasses throughout October with experts in their field hosting them:
- Food (4th October) – Pierre-Jean Hayes from local food tour guides Secret Food Tours Paris
- Arts / Culture (11th October) – Tristan Kennedy, arts and culture expert at online travel publication Culture Trip
- Cocktails (18th October) – JJ Goodman, cocktail innovator and Founder of The London Cocktail Club
- Wine (25th October) – Marianne Diemer, Head Sommelier from Hôtel Lutetia, a 5 Star luxury hotel in the heart of St Germain, Paris
The London to Paris one-way fare during October starts from £29 per adult, so the value in price and service is heaving should you head to the city of love in early autumn.
